AMOY may organize information and create internal reminders from sources you permit. Consequential actions outside AMOY require your approval unless you have granted a specific, bounded Autopilot authority.

Information AMOY handles

AMOY may process information you enter or deliberately share, including tasks, reminders, messages, due dates, locations, budgeting figures, documents, household details, language and voice preferences. If you connect a supported account, AMOY also processes the limited email, calendar, provider, and account data you authorize for the features you enable.

Email and calendar information

When you connect a supported Google or Microsoft account, AMOY requests the permissions shown by that provider. Read access lets AMOY identify possible bills, renewals, appointments, deliveries, deadlines, and other responsibilities. Calendar-write or email-send access is used only for an action you request or approve. AMOY does not use those permissions to silently send, delete, archive, or modify your email.

AMOY may automatically create an internal reminder or schedule item from a permitted source to reduce setup work. The source remains identifiable, and you can edit, complete, dismiss, or remove the item. Payments, purchases, bookings, messages, and other consequential external actions remain approval-gated unless a specific Autopilot boundary you created permits that exact action.

How information is used

Organize responsibilities and calculate reminder countdowns.
Answer questions about information you have saved or supplied.
Detect possible responsibilities for your review.
Synchronize approved tasks across your signed-in devices.
Deliver notifications and travel or schedule alerts you enable.
Prepare and, after required approval, submit supported provider actions.
Protect, maintain, and improve the service.

AI processing

AMOY uses artificial-intelligence services to interpret requests, generate spoken responses, translate replies, and review text or connected content needed for a feature you enabled. Only the information needed for that operation is sent for processing. AMOY does not sell your private content or use it to target advertising.

Storage and retention

Tasks, reminders, account preferences, selected documents, action history, and extracted responsibility details may be stored so AMOY can operate across devices and reconcile outcomes. For shared or connected messages, AMOY retains the source and the structured responsibility it found rather than keeping the full message in the responsibility record. Provider authorization tokens are encrypted server-side and retained only while the connection remains enabled or as needed to provide the service.

Voice, location, notifications, and documents

Microphone and speech permissions are used while voice interaction is active; AMOY does not enable an undisclosed background microphone. Location is used while permitted for weather, travel timing, and place-based reminders. Notification tokens are used to deliver alerts you enable. Camera, photo, and file access applies only to items you choose to capture or import.

Sharing and selling

AMOY does not sell personal information or connected-account data. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate AMOY, subject to contractual and security protections, or disclosed when legally required.

Your choices

You may dismiss suggestions, edit or remove reminders, narrow or revoke Autopilot authority, disconnect supported accounts, revoke provider access, and export account data. You can review account closure in Security & recovery. See the account deletion page for current request availability and steps. Disconnecting a provider stops future access but does not automatically remove reminders already created from that source.

Security and children

AMOY uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. AMOY is not directed to children under 13, and children should not connect personal accounts.

Changes and contact
