AMOY helps you organize and understand your responsibilities. You remain responsible for reviewing information and deciding what actions to take.

Using AMOY

You may use AMOY only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for protecting your account and devices and for the accuracy of information you enter or approve.

Suggestions and approvals

AMOY may identify possible bills, deadlines, appointments, renewals, purchases, or tasks from information you provide or accounts you permit. To reduce setup work, AMOY may create an internal reminder or schedule item for your review. Detected details may be incomplete or incorrect, and an internal item does not mean an outside action occurred.

Payments and purchases require approval

Reminder and discovery features do not themselves charge you. Where a supported provider is connected, AMOY may submit a payment or purchase only after the exact amount, currency, provider, and order details are presented for approval, unless you previously created a specific bounded authority that permits that exact action. A request remains pending until the provider returns verified confirmation.

Not professional advice

AMOY provides organization and general informational assistance. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, tax, investment, credit, accounting, insurance, or other licensed professional advice.

Connected services

If you connect an outside provider, that provider’s terms and privacy rules also apply. You authorize AMOY to use the information and permissions shown during connection for features you enable. Provider availability and supported actions vary by country and service. You may disconnect supported services or revoke access through the provider.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse AMOY, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, violate another person’s privacy, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party services. We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes through the app or this page.

Disclaimer and limitation

AMOY is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every reminder, email discovery, calculation, translation, or spoken response will be accurate or delivered on time. To the extent permitted by law, AMOY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
