Request deletion of your AMOY account

You can start an account closure review in AMOY, including after uninstalling the mobile app. Sign in with the same account, then verify with your device passkey. The review shows your saved record count, connected services, and subscriptions.

What to expect

  1. Review your AMOY data and connected services. The review alone does not request or perform deletion.
  2. When AMOY opens deletion request intake, confirm your request with a passkey and the required phrase. You will see the recorded status in Security & recovery.
  3. An AMOY operator must review and fulfill the request. A recorded request does not mean your data has been erased.

Account deletion would cover AMOY account data and stored documents, subject to a review of shared household items and any applicable retention requirements. Connected services and provider-held information may require separate action. App Store or Google Play subscriptions may need to be canceled through that store; submitting an AMOY request does not cancel a store subscription automatically.

Current availability: Deletion request intake and fulfillment are not yet open. AMOY will not represent a closure review as a completed deletion request. AMOY is operated by Commonway Labs LLC. For privacy questions, contact admin@commonwaylabs.com.
